BRING A FRIEND WEEK DETAILS

Bring a Friend Week is open to any non-member of Iron Family Fitness.

Participants should complete the waiver and liability form, which will be emailed to you before the event.

Class begins at right at the start time. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before class starts.

Wear clothes and shoes for physical activity. Bring a water bottle and an extra change of shoes due to winter time!
